In the Fall of 2009, we were entertaining a group of 50 theatre goers from Sarasota Florida at our Niagara on the Lake condo. We chose Oscar Turchi to put together a menu and cater our event. He came to us highly recommended from members of the Board of Directors of the Shaw Theatre.
